1. RETURNS

2. REFUNDS

-Once a returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
-Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only.
-Shipping charges, customs duties, taxes, or handling fees are non-refundable.

3. BUYBACK POLICY

-Buyback, if offered, is subject to specific terms disclosed at the time of purchase.
-Buyback value depends on gemstone condition, certification validity, and prevailing market rates.
-Buyback requests must include original invoice and certificate.

4. CONDITIONS & EXCLUSIONS

-Products showing signs of wear, damage, alteration, or tampering are not eligible.
-Natural gemstone characteristics such as inclusions or color variations are not defects.
